I was charged £2750 for supposedly fixing the roof, it started leaking on the 28th Jan they came out and 'fixed it' , it then started leaking again on Mon 3rd of Feb so they came out again and they sent me two short videos so I paid. Sat July the 19th I was contacted to say the roof was leaking again, this time worse than before, I contacted Thomas on WhatsApp and email, several times with videos, and they ignored me, I also contacted him via Facebook messenger which he also ignore.
