Gutter replacement, HCR rep was professional, listened to our concerns about the original installation of the gutters and offered a solution which minimized cost while addressing the original flaws and only installing gutter guards and 6" gutters in locations that made sense only. The installation team arrived on time, was polite and professional, and cleaned up all material from around the yard and driveway. The overall experience was positive, the gutters are great, and we have no more water running over.
Three years ago Homefix sent solicitors to knock on our door for roofing repairs. We were in contact with Gabriel from Homefix who was a very polite and professional individual. The work done on our roof was excellent, the major problem was that they installed the wrong color roof. Someone made a mistake when noting the color of the roof to order. Like everyone else, this experience started with a solicitation at my door. Also like everyone else, I hate it when solicitors knock at the door. However, this company really was doing work in our neighborhood and had given an estimate to the neighbor next door, so those were not just made up excuses to be in the area.
