They pulled through for us in the end. We went through a lot of uncertainty, however, the IRS really let us down with their service being down 4 months now on obtaining online transcripts and it taking over a month for them to get the tax transcripts mailed. On top of that, they didn't send all the tax transcripts and we finally found out we could go to the office in Memphis to pick them up in person.
