These people are very rude. I would not recommend dealing with them in any capacity. There are actually people out there who want your business and can conduct themselves in a professional manner. They are called Realtors. These guys are not.
Fantastic group...took great care of my property and it did not go vacant 1 day in 10 years! When I needed to sell, they sold the property in less than two months.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! HomeFinders Plus took \$700 out of our Security Deposit for repairs that were unnecessary. We paid our rent on time every month and paid a carpet cleaner \$200 to clean the house and they still charged us \$300 for the house not being 'clean' enough. As well as \$300 for a busted door jamb that they cannot prove was busted. Homefinders Plus does not let me know when my renters move out. I find out by way of my bank account being overdrawn when a deposit isnt made by Homefinders Plus.
Well I rented from this company with its ups and downs. When we moved in the house was dirty, and Mr. Sutherlin said he would pay me to clean it. We agreed on a price he would pay. Then after we moved in it seems he forgot about paying. When he was reminded he would say oh ya, Ill get that to you. It never happened. Now that our lease is up and we have moved out of the house now he is charging me to have the house cleaned. Never ever deal with these people. They are rude, unprofessional, and unethical. They forgot about the appointment they made to show me a duplex. They lost the number of residents of the house we had to walk in not knowing whether they would be there or not. They promised to let me know about my application by the end of the day. Then it was by noon the next day. They finally got around to calling me by 3:30.
