I worked with Anthony Rogers from this office and he was great, we bought our first home through him and he was helpful every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a house.
My family and I purchased a home from Mr. Fenner when we firsted moved here in 2005. He went above and beyond his duty to make sure we got into a home. I would recommend him to people due to the good experience I ve had with them. I haven t had any trouble with my home since then. Just wanting to say thanks for all your help.
Id give this no stars if I could. Lucille Fenner is a horrible businesswoman. She is shady and thinks shes being sneaky when she lies to prospective buyers about homes she owns, but in reality shes lining herself up for a nice fat lawsuit. Her sellers agent/employee Dedra is just as unscrupulous as she is. We owned a home out off of Dover Rd and when we got stationed to Ft Sill,Ok we had them be rental managers for our property. Since we have family in Springfield, we checked in on our home. The 1st renter did great but rarely saw the rental manager, it was Billsdaughter. The 2nd renter let our Culligan water system dry out even after we left a years supply of salt behind, they had at least 4 cats when it was not approved by us and when we visited, that was the first thing you smelled at the front door. Worst landlords ever!! If anyone knows how to get a hold of some kind of housing authority that would be awesome, they never help when they should and are shady and rude!!!
Renters Anonymous! – I currently rent from HomeFinders. I have NEVER been late making a payment, always on time. Sometimes 15 days early! I was informed that the electricity was included in my rent. 3 months went by and my husband and i never recieved a light bill... but we did recieve a letter from homefinders stating we had 10 days to pay a $250 light bill just after we paid them $600 rent, and if we did not pay we needed to evacuate the house or we would be removed! exact words! We bought our first home from Bill Fenner, an excellent experience... he went above and beyond to help us out! Then due to military orders we had to move after just a year, since we hadnt had it long enough to even break even he assumed the loan and didnt give us any hastle! Great man!
We rented a house for 7 months. They took a long time with repairs. When we moved they took every dime of our deposit that they could. They charged $150.00 for light cleaning. All that needed done was the house needed vaccumed. And took $400.00 to repaint the house which we had painted. The reason we painted was because when moved in the rooms were supposed to be repainted and never were. They are trying to keep my security deposit too for NO reason. I fullfilled 2 full years in a house and left it nicer than when I moved in. My attorney will be contacting them if I dont get ALL my money back. Very rude and shiesty practices at Homefinders. Not impressed at all.The house I had was moldy with no gutters and leaking windows. No attempt to fix any of it.
