Well, I have paid my loan off and need to talk with someone about the online system that is not good at all. To need to have the escrow balance sent back to me. They are holding me hostage as I look at it. I did call the bank side as they are the same as all other big banks. they don't do loans them selves as it's always another branch or company. 1:45 min hold time is what I have been told. this is my number 3 phone call and a hour of my time and family time is not cool to take from people. I would rate this bank with half of a star. I suppose u can't do less than a half. Never use mobile banking with bok financial. If u make a deposit it takes an eternity to post. They send emails that say your deposit will post the next day. That's not true. The deposit does not post until the second day. Twice in eight months it actually posted next day. The online bankers and branch bankers never answer the same question twice with the same answer. The tellers at the bank branches are not allowed to give information over th... read more

I have been using BOK since I started my first bank account at 18 years old. I don't live in Oklahoma anymore and I have only continued to use them because HISTORICALLY they had great customer service. I moved to ********** last month and needed to complete an online change of mailing address. I completed this on what appeared to be a legitimate website that was secured and claimed to be associated with USPS. They closed my account because of an overdraft I was unaware of and sent me to collections over$50 without ever reaching out by email phone or mail. I called to inquire and they never attempted to respond and then they sent a notification to an old address that I had changed over 18 months prior.Turns out they also never correctly updated my account. They are not a bank I will ever do business with again.

Worst banking experience I've had in 40 years of banking. Impossible to speak to individuals when needed. Their mortgage dept is incompetent and obviously inexperienced in processing. Even when they provide customer service phone numbers, no one answers or returns calls. Due to my frustrations with dealing with the Mortgage Assumption dept, I decided to simply pay my entire mortgage off. The drive thru service at the Lake Worth branch has been closed for months and there is no sign of reopening. It's very inconvenient to have to use lobby for every banking transaction. Changing bank asap

Previous mortgage sold to BOK. Would NEVER do business with this company by choice. Mortgage payment paid and taken out of my checking 5 days prior to due date. Received a call from them that payment had not been received and was now late, there was a late fee and pending being reported to the credit bureau. Went to my bank, they showed payment had been made. They absolutely refused to accept that the payment error could have been within their office. Obtained a Mortgage thru them, nightmare dealings, I did all the legwork, couldn't get figures correct, today I find out mortgage payments set up are wrong because they didn't figure escrow correctly. will be 6 months getting this fixed. Your asking for trouble using them STAY FAR AWAY !!!!

Horrible Bank! We have been with them for years, went through the class action lawsuit due to their multiple fee issues . Well it continues. They continue to process higher amount items to cause overdraft and fees. Even processing checks sameday for deposit when its passed their own policy timeframe. Customer service is HORRIBLE between the expressbank (they know nothing and cannot help you) and the Production Services Department. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!
