Great company to deal with. They supplied the system in 2017 to a property we bought 6 months ago. Early in the New Year and right at the start of a heatwave everyone else was quoting many weeks before someone could come out. Not only did they resolve the problem as quickly as they could, they fully supported me getting under the hood, working out where the fault lay (fan controller board) and ordered the item, and installing it into the control box I'd pretty much left gutted.
