Kennedi is an excellent realtor at Homedation. She helped me for over 4 months looking at many houses and when I traveled out of state she video taped a tour for me so I didn't miss out on any opportunities! I highly recommend her if you like someone who is kind, caring, and respectful of your wishes. You will not be disappointed by her dedication to help you!

Kennedi made the home buying process incredible. She was kind, professional and did everything she could to ensure my experience was exactly what I wanted it to be! Between viewing different homes, inspections, bumps in the road, she helped me through every step and I can happily say I closed on my house almost a year ago all thanks to her!!!!!!

As a first time buyer Bruce and his team made it such an easy process and stress-free. Now finding a house in our budget was the hard part but Bruce was amazing to work with. He was so patient and understanding on what we were looking for. He's there to help you find you a home and that's exactly what he did. I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely love the entire Homedation staff! They are reliable,honest and trustworthy people who have always had their clients best interest at heart! After a long search we were overjoyed to find my mothers brand new home and everything after that was smooth sailing. I appreciate the hard work and dedication that Bruce put into showing home after home until the right one was found. 10/10 recommend Bruce and his HOMEDATION family!
