Prompt, curteous and efficient service
Dr Merchant was pleasant to see and did a good job. However the reception on inquiry said they accepted and billed DVA gold card patients, after my session i was billed as a Medicare client and am now out of pocket $100. On clarification they said they don't bill to or through DVA. Was a good experience up until this, I just wish they were upfront about it so I could have found another GP.
