Homecure were very good and arrived when they said they would. The plumber was very thorough in trying to locate the reason for my low water pressure. He solved the problem and the cost was reasonable. I got a discount as I'm retired. I would definitely use them again.

Had an issue with underfloor heating - Kevin was great, very knowledgable about the Polypipe system and found the issue quickly. Would definitely recommend him Down 1 star as I was not notified by Homecure about the change of personnel/vehicle so had to buy a 2nd visitor parking permit

Our old boiler at our place in Twickenham was constantly breaking down, which was a real headache. We called Homecure Plumbers and they sent out Richard, who was absolutely brilliant. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through a few different options, but we decided to go for a new boiler in the end. We couldn't be happier with the result! We had no hot water from our (domestic) boiler at our pub.Kevin attended same day and dealt with the issue really professionally and explained to me what he was doing and why it mattered, which was very reassuring. Very good experience. Would highly recommend. Will use this service ourselves again.

For the last six years Homecure have been our go to for the annual boiler service after a particularly stressful boiler breakdown on Xmas Eve in -8 degrees where they couldn’t have been more helpful. Shelley is great at coming back quickly to get you booked in and Kevin is brilliant at getting the job done. Five stars all round.
