Homecure Plumbers were an excellent choice for the replacement water tank that we needed completing. They were responsive to our questions, very cost competitive, went above and beyond on removing our tank and cleared up the site beautifully. Based on my experience I would certainly recommend them.
My boiler broke this morning. I phoned Homecure who had an engineer available same day. They phoned back shortly later to say he'd be a bit earlier than scheduled, and in the end arrived within about half an hour of me calling them (which was great for me). Jamie was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. He tried really hard to get the boiler working without needing an expensive new part (and explained what he was doing so I felt confident he was doing the right thing). Josh was absolutely amazing. After what has been an incredibly stressful process with the original installers of our underfloor heating, Josh diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me so I understood and also helped me bring my food shop in! Would absolutely recommend!
Josh was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We called for a boiler service, radiator repair, bath plug replacement and a system clean in Watford. We were able to book an appointment for the next day and Josh was on time and completed we had asked for to a high standard.
