Firstly, I do NOT give reviews lightly, and only very rarely. Secondly I am inherently sceptical and cautious of sourcing inexperienced, barely qualified, disinterested, two-bob tradespeople online, and letting them loose in my home. Was offered a same day fix, opted for the following day. Jamie arrived at the expected time and was transparent and informative about my options.
