Very easy experience, I got my anti body test, took about 15 minutes the staffs were awesome, I walked in they took down my information then took my blood sample, helped me setup an account with mychart and done! Fast and smooth process thank you!
Just left my Covid testing and needed to say what an easy experience. The nurse was gentle and kind and the supporting staff made everything seamless and quick. Thank you guys for making a stressful thing not so stressful. Y’all are great. Thank you!
Went to take my Covid test. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Quick and Efficient as well, I was done within 20-30 minutes. Definitely recommended
DO NOT GO HERE I have no idea why it takes so long for them to process each patient but it is such an immense waste of time. Go to the bay ridge location on 86th and 5th you’ll be in and out.
Terrible experience don't come here. The supervisor on location is very rude and unprofessional. When I identified myself as a first responder bc a few of my co workers were extended a courtesy on line at this location in the past all she said was step outside. She's very skinny/short hair,you can't miss her! During a pandemic a worker like this should be kind hearted and not heartless
