Had a great experience with the sales associate and they were great to work with us to get the best pricing! They installed the very next day after we signed for the job. Would definitely recommend using these guys!
Had no problem with going ahead with homecraft, I inquired with other company’s an none of them come even close with the quality of there guards ! I’m 76 an have been cleaning my gutters 2-3 times a year never again. I highly recommend HomeCraft ! About 8 months ago I climbed my ladder to look at my gutters and they did such a poor job of installing the guards on a 5 inch gutter. They covered up 3 to 3 1/2 inches with the shingles. We have been trying to contact HomeCraft Gutter Protection regarding our warranty. They do not answer the phone. They do not return phone calls (voicemails) from the contact numbers they have provided. The other numbers listed are either not working, or you are not able to leave a voicemail. At this point I do not think it matters what number you call, unless they are trying to get your business. Customer Service after the installation is absolutely horrible. This company has disappeared, My gutter guards have clogged and I have been trying to contact them to make good on the warranty but no phone number works for them. I think I got scammed.
