This is the second revision I have made of my first review. The first was after the salesperson asked I review when he left. I gave him five stars because he was very thorough and explained everything well. The second review was after the gutters were installed. The office did not send the installer the pictures the sales person had taken to show what was needed so he had to request those. We thought he did a good job and paid in full. Following a major hail storm, we had drainage issues on our gutters. John Walton came out and assessed our needs. Our main problem was clogged gutters with only a minor gutter replacement needed. He walked us through exactly what we needed, did not try to oversell us in anyway. Also, the turn around time from our first contacting Homecraft Gutter Projection to the projected gutter install completion was very quick. John did a fantastic job for us.
I was very pleased with the efficient response time for my initial appointment and the clear explanation of the gutter guard. Scheduling the installation was easy and within the week of the initial visit. The installer, Dan and his assistant, were on time. They were professional and efficient in their work. The entire experience was professional and well done. The price was within my budget allowance.
Liked what they have sale lady was great just not able to do it at this time maybe later Emily was great she knows how she needs to about the product
