horrible experience!!!! Absolutely terrible! I placed an app for a place spoke to someone and it was approved was PROMISED A CALL BACK FOR A VIEWING, and instead got nothing, I WAITED AN ENTIRE WEEK! Was told it needed a few minor fixes and I would be contacted BY MONDAY TO VIEW…: I called everyday….. literally I called each day to get a blank voicemail, then all of a sudden a week later the place is rented out! My Fiance & I have been renting with HomeCo for the past 12 months & so far so good
I moved to Greensboro in August for school (2020) and I have been renting with Homeco ever since. They are extremely responsive with maintenance or any concerns I have with the property in general. I genuinely feel like the entire office cares about if I am comfortable and happy with life in my rental, which has made the move here much more manageable for me. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Greensboro area!
