The caregivers are a hit or miss. They'll schedule a "meet and greet" and some either show or some don't. I've had one tell me they'll be right back and had to go to their car, and never came back. They lack communication. Randomly received a message about bug spray when there was no conversation about it prior to. Showed up still on the phone, then when I asked who said anything, it was "confidential" The aide that was there magically was no longer on my schedule which seemed very suspicious. Absolutely the best staff! A team that truly shows they care about each of their employees and clients.
Wonderful care provided by this company. The office staff is also so nice and eager to answer any of my questions. I definitely recommend.
