The Owings Mills location is a Terrible agency ! Do not trust them to care for your loved ones , they are very inconsistent , the staff is rude and they don’t take accountability for any of their wrong doing . They have left my grandmother without coverage multiple times and even broke her property .Save yourself the stress !
