The Owings Mills location is a Terrible agency ! Do not trust them to care for your loved ones , they are very inconsistent , the staff is rude and they don’t take accountability for any of their wrong doing . They have left my grandmother without coverage multiple times and even broke her property .Save yourself the stress !
Provided my mother in Harrisburg with terrible service. Did not pay the caregivers and did not communicate with my mother. I opened an investigation with Department of Health, Area on Aging, Dauphin County Human services and UPMC. Beware of poor service!
Last October, after reading good reviews about Home Centris, I applied and went through the entire process of orientation and everything else I needed to submit. Unfortunately I ended up not proceeding with taking on any assignments because I was not having success with getting the clock in app to work and I am unwilling to use the other method of clock in because I like to take screenshots of all my clocking in and out, as I do with another place of employment.
