I had a very good experience when talking over Services provided with the owner Dawn I would definitely recommend Home Health Care 1
The owner of this agency (Dawn) gave a 30 day termination due to lack of staff. I receive this information from the wavier case manager. She does not communicate over the phone everything is texted. This company is not professional, no attempt was made to fine another individual. When I signed on with this company Dawn stated she was fully staffed and could handle my case. I found out later this company is new less than 6 months old. If anyone is looking at this company for help do not go there for your love ones. Beware
