VERY MISLEADING. Both me and my young daughter are going through extensive therapy over how this place cared for my mother. On the phone they were very informative. Made this place sound like a miracle for the situation I was in with my mother (she had recently gotten a diagnoses of an inoperable mass and needed more care than her current housing could provide. Answering service operator Jim was very reluctant and rude to assist.
Our experience was horrible. My dad suffered under their care, and never in a million years will I ever recommend them. It was such an awful experience, my mom and I are receiving therapy for it. I'm glad he's no longer suffering, but choosing Good Shepard Homecare & Hospice is/will be the biggest regret of my life.
The staff's level of caring and endless reserve of energy made a life-changing difference to our family. Never have I witnessed health care staff so dedicated and focused on patient care. Their kindness and competence will never be forgotten.
