My husband has been under the care of home health aides from The Home Care Family for several months and we couldn’t be happier with the kind and professional service we’ve received! Every component of our experience from the evaluation to scheduling to the visits themselves has been top notch.
Everyone I encountered was professional friendly and courteous.
We have been very pleased with The Home Care Family. Each of the caregivers has been very good with our Dad and very professional. They also seem to have a cheerful attitude while doing their job. They have been able to accommodate changes to our schedule and additional shifts. We recommend their services.
The Home Care Family provides excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Eric Gomez {Administrator) has always filled my needs and is on top of everything as well as Mary Lou, RN (Client Care Coordinator) and Tori (Scheduler). Stella, our primary caregiver is a delight. She charms the patient and competently takes care of his needs.
