My wife and I have been extremely pleased with the level of service HomeCare Family has provided us over the past several weeks. She is in recovery for a brain stem stroke, and each caregiver has been nothing but kind and helpful. Most have gone out of their way to make a personal connection with her. They are wonderful, from the each and every caregiver and on up to the owner! They ACTUALLY care and you can tell! It’s not some thing you can train or some phoney baloney adherence to a corporate vision statement which you can feel. it’s also nice to be able to talk to someone night and day about changing needs.
