Your accounting department is a mess. You need to clean it up and get a system that is available 24/7 with the ability to get invoices and statements at the click of a button. I should be able to get in, print out invoices, review and get out. If I have a question, then I can speak to an Associate.

Don't let the BBB rating fool you. Customer service is horrible and Joe the delivery man was just straight out rude.
