This is the last place I would send my loved one too. They don’t train caregivers, they have horrible communication, the turnaround rate is ridiculous. The entire staff was great previously, but they fired everyone that was good in the office and now they intro director, Emily has no idea what she’s doing and is not a fit to lead a company. This would definitely be the last place on earth I would ever tell someone to work or have this company care for the loved ones.
I cannot recommend Homecare by Design enough for their outstanding in-home care. From the very beginning, this team demonstrates professionalism, warmth, and genuine concern for the client's well-being and support of the family. These caregivers are incredibly skilled and treat each client with dignity and respect. This is written on behalf of Judy W. I have been with HCBD for two years and the care givers are wonderful and take quality care of me and my home. They help around my house, food prep, shopping, dr appointments and just rides to get out of my home. They are family to me and I am blessed to have them in my life. Recently Mike and Emily were guest of ours to educate our residents on his Silver Sneakers program and how important it is to their physical health and well being.
