Walked in (after referral from Mary Washington) and was immediately told (by a rude employee) that my active duty military husband (who had just had surgery) could not receive the mobility device the doctor had prescribed for him because they "don'teven have a billing department"...good to know when I have a patient in PAIN in the vehicle just out of surgery.
