I do travel nursing so have seen MANY offices. This one has been one of my favorites. Staff and management are all competent, care and (most importantly in my opinion) able to think outside the box to avoid the modern medicine trap of just following the flowchart. As of 3/24 I'd be happy to let them care for my loved ones

Operations, PT,SN,OT,ST, SW are great! Sales it's a horrible place to work. Supervisor Micromanagers, belittles employees, set unrealistic expectations, does not help when asked for advice, does not guide in the right direction. I have no idea how or why anyone would hire her, she is not a leader. It's unfortunate, HOMECALL truly has have a lot of offer for the patients and lots of amazing programs. The ops team is great, but sales... Think again. I hope home office notices the amount of turnover and how unhappy people are.
