This company was out on the same job site that was..... Looking at the pictures,I assume the owner..... It's against our company policy and insurance for other people/companies to climb MY ladders. An this guy...... Home inspector.... Not even a ladder rack on his truck.... casually climbs my ladder while I'm on the roof..... I confront him about this and tell him you can't be on MY ladder etc..... he looks dead at me an says "ohh ya it's our policy too.". SO WHY ARE YOU CLIMBING MINE. very poor conduct. I had this company complete my home inspection prior to buying and they were fabulous!! Their inspection is very thorough and they take the time to go through all of their findings to ensure that you understand everything. Jack Moriarty gave me peace of mind and made me feel very confident with my purchase.
I would not recommend because of there customer service. It was our first time purchasing a home and we went with them for our home inspection. The owner was actually the one who came and inspected the home. When the inspection was over I needed to sign the contract and we would get the report. I have always been told to read a contract before I sign it and there were things on there that I did not understand so I asked questions pertaining to the contract. The owner became irate and aggressive when I asked the questions and... read more
