I’ve been with this company for 2½ years. While the owners care about employees and patients and offer company outings, the administrative office is unprofessional. Calls are often answered as if it’s a personal phone, and supervisors lack empathy, professionalism, and active listening. This reflects poorly on a company that otherwise has great potential. If the administrative staff are the first point of contact, they must be properly trained to represent the business in a professional manner.

I am an employee at homebridge and I must say I love it ! I’ve never had any problems with contacting anyone in regards to any questions , my patient is so sweet and wonderful , and most of all I have never had a problem with my pay ! That means skotvto me especially with the way things go on these days with companies . Also, their pay is competitive, can’t beat that !!!
