Terrible, worst Financial institution I have ever come across. Honesty not a staple of this company. Dragged out a closing for 3 months. 3 closing disclosures 1 FHA and 2 Conventional never got the CTC. Finally had to go with another lender an got deal done in 2 weeks. They seem to be understaffed. The more I read into them the more I saw correlation between my experience and other customers.
