WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I started a refi mid May and have had ZERO communication from Homebridge. The refi department phone line has a message that they are busy, and hangs up. I called the main number on 2 separate occasions, and someone would spend an hour with me and couldn’t get any information.
