Horrible experience. Save yourself the emotionally wrenching experience and find a different lender.
Everyone I talked to today is very good at keeping you from a person's manager. Two calls, the first 2 mins. asked to speak with a manager... never happened. Second call 4 mins I asked 4 or 5 times... yes you guessed it... Just indicated they are trained not to put you through and are not interested in solving/resolving problems. Would never use them and would never recommend them.
I've used homebridge on one of my properties and I don't recommend them at all; every single phase of the loan process was nothing less than a nightmare.
