I highly recommend Eli! He uses a light touch and rocking motion that encourages my body to relax, without aggravating areas of tension. It's like he's cooperating with your body rather than fighting with it. My nerves were calmer and breathing smoother following his treatment. I've tried other massage in the past that left me more sore, and not as relaxed and centered feeling.
I was lucky enough to be massaged by Eli. I felt very comfortable from the first moment and he knew exactly what he was doing. He has healing hands and I am very satisfied with the massage, he relieved every single, small tension.🙏🏻 Afterwards he showed me a few breathing exercises that I can do every day.
