SCAMMERS! If you get a call from this company: DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. They misrepresent who they are and will tell you they are calling on behalf of your insurance company. This is not true! They are spam-callers who mass dial phone numbers looking for suckers who believe them, then will bill you and/or your medical insurance for low-quality medical care over the phone.
Very poor service as others have said already. I think this place is a scam.
