When scheduling a home inspection I had no expectations, someone will come and look. The end. Instead I had one of the most delightful human interactions I could have imagined. Mike is quality - from his approach to work to how he engages with his clients. He walked away leaving not only a thorough review, but me feeling like I'm rocking my working mother of three adventure. Thank you Mike. We purchased a home that was pre-inspected by this company. The master bathroom shower pan had a leak that my wife and I discovered on the second day after moving in. This was upsetting to discover in our new home and has resulted in a costly repair. This was a fairly evident issue that should have been identified by a qualified inspector.
Mike inspected a home for us today and took the time to go room by room with us after he inspected them and give us a breakdown of each. He answered all our questions and sent a very detailed report just a few hours after our inspection so we could review it promptly. Highly recommend Mike!
Mike was incredible. We had a tight schedule and he worked with us. He did a great job, providing a keen eye and an appreciated measure of common sense. He saw some little things we were able to take care of in short order, and even after he was done and paid, when we updated him on some of the issues we addressed, he continued to be responsive and helpful - just a terrific, knowledgeable and courteous professional.
