The date of the repairs done on my air conditioner were at the end of 2023, I do not have an exact date because I was never given an invoice. I have already paid HOME 360 approximately $2,000 for the initial work done on the air conditioner. I was then told that I needed a coil. At the time it did not occur to me that they had not given me a quote for the coil, I presumed it would be a reasonable rate. I have used Home360 for years. The plumbing service received yesterday was the best service I've received in 42 years living here. Mr ****** was early, unheard of!! Very good at informing me of the progress he was making in the preparation to replace my waterline from the meter to my main entry into my home. He made my faucet to shut the water off more easy, wrapped my entire pipe with new insulation, filled in the trench while placing my grass back on top, and removed all roots he had to cut away. Terrible. A week after estimate day their plumber giving me a generalized quote and I agreed to terms (cost, date of service and time) and them (Home360) taking my rather large downpayment for plumbing work, I scheduled the work for two weeks away. I was told it would take a whole day to do everything so count on that. The downpayment was to be used to buy necessary parts.. I have been using Home 360 for years and never had an experience as bad as this one. I called in and told the lady I needed a plumber because I had water leaking from under my washing machine. They sent me a plumber that ALL he did was turn the machine on 2 times and let it drain and determined it was not a plumbing problem and everything seemed fine. I still have water all over my floor and ruining my carpet. The problem I had was I had to pay $99.00 for this guy to come to my house and turn on my machine 2 times and then l... read more

They did my siding on my house, and the siding job was done great, but while doing it he hit one of my water pipes. I understand that accidents can happen, and they did take care of it immediately. Now before the pipe was damaged my water faucet was not leaking. But after they fixed it, it began to leak. I called and they said they were going to send somebody out and he fixed it and said it was gonna cost me $225. I explain to him but my faucet wasn't leaking until you guys messed with the pipe. I was a long-term customer, but they left me in a bad situation. I had a pipe burst at 7:00am. I called & they told me it would be "mid morning" before someone came. At noon I called, & was told they were busy & still working through the calls. At 4:00pm I called, and they told me it would 4 days before they could get to me. We had freezing weather in our area, and I understand that plumbers are busy. But they lied to me (twice) telling me that someone was coming. They charged my 91 year old father $279 to drain water out of his air conditioner pan. Took the repair man 30 minutes, no freon, parts or anything, he didn't even blow out the line. Total rip off. After complaining they said they forgot to give him senior citizens discount of a whole $25, but when the repair man gave him the bill he said he applied the discount. So not only are they ripping people off they are liars too. If you have an air conditioner problem just call a reputable AC company, like Accutemp on Jefferson.
