Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn located at 2556 North Oswego Street in Aurora, Colorado, and unfortunately had one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever encountered. I originally booked a room with two queen beds and selected my room through Hilton’s digital check-in process. The rooms were fine, but we had a terrible experience that resulted from terrible rule enforcement by hotel management. Desk people tried, but had no support.An area or regional manager was supposed to call me the next weekday, but it has been 5+ weeks and I have not received that call. We stayed at Home2 Suites in Aurora, CO the night of May 2, 2026 on the first day of a week-long vacation. This has been by far the scariest and most uncomfortable experience as a female traveler ever. I was made to stay in my van after paying for a room here, I really don’t know why I was treated so poorly. I am currently making this review in my van of the parking lot I paid to have a room in, the lobby attended told me to call the cops since I didn’t know my room number, and I did. I am still outside in my van. Do not here if you care about your safety, very nice facility, but horrible worker.
