My experience at this hotel was completely ruined right at check-in due to the incredibly rude and unhelpful behavior of the receptionist, Tiona. Expecting basic courtesy and hospitality, I was instead met with severe hostility, an unwelcoming attitude, and a total refusal to assist with basic customer service needs. A front desk staff member represents the face of the business, and Tiona’s utter lack of professionalism and basic respect creates a deeply uncomfortable atmosphere for guests.

I was disappointed with the experience at this Hilton, particularly because of the rude behavior I experienced from the front desk staff member, Tiona. I expect a much higher level of hospitality and professionalism from a hotel like Hilton. This is not the kind of treatment I would expect from a reputable hotel brand. I hope management addresses this issue and that Tiona takes this feedback seriously and learns from the experience. Guests should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation.

I Stayed here with my family, Extremely disappointing experience. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional in the way she spoke to me her name is Tiona. This is absolutely unacceptable for someone representing the property and dealing with guests. The front desk should make guests feel welcomed, not uncomfortable. Management seriously needs to address this behavior and improve the level of customer service.
