I had to request additional cleaning of my room due to the cleaning team not vacuuming our room for 4 straight days despite having "serviced the room". Additionally the breakfast staff is extremely rude. My first day I witnessed guests being rushed at the juice machine at 9:01 am by the lady who wears the hat working the breakfast bar. She was very rude on multiple occasions and gave attitude when i simply asked her for replenish a specific product which had run out. Great stay great service can walk to legoland can watch fireworks from room good coffee! Do we need anything else?
Excellent choice if going to legoland, (5min walk) business or just passing through, clean, Nice size rooms and welcoming staff.
