We always have a great experience at H2S. This location went above and beyond. We left a couple items in our room and Brittany and Edna made sure they were shipped back to us. They were so professional and kind. Will be staying there again on our next beach trip!
Dirty blankets on bed. Towels had hair on them. Bathtub did not drain. Dirty carpet outside of elevators. Not what I would expect for spening $360 for one night.
My husband and I recently stayed at Home2 Suites Wrightsville Beach. When we arrived, there was a major mix-up with our reservation. We had originally reserved a king-size room, but unfortunately, none were available at check-in. The general manager, Mr. Robert, went above and beyond to help us. He personally contacted the travel agency to find out what had happened and worked hard to make sure my husband and I had a room for our stay.
