Staff was wonderful! So helpful and nice. Traffic/street noise was awful. Rooms need a good and thorough cleaning. For one night, it was fine.

We had a unfortunate last-minute cancellation with another hotel. We were in need of multiple rooms and check in same day as we booked for a student group. Brittany was so helpful in making sure we had accommodations for our group. The location was great as it had options to choose from as far as restaurants and the rooms were clean and set up nicely. We appreciate Brittany so much for her help during our stay!

On the plus side, the room had a plethora of outlets for charging our phones and computers, and it had a good blackout curtain. On the other hand, it felt a bit small for a suite, it had a tiny kitchenette with no stove/range, and the mattress was uncomfortably weak/soft. While the rooms included two desks, the hotel policy provided only one chair per room even though the rooms were otherwise made to accommodate three guests each (a sofabed was also included). I’m a bit of a hotel snob, but I recently spent 10 days in this hotel due to extenuating circumstances and I must say that they rival some of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in. Their staff was amazing. Specifically Brittany and Elizabeth always went above and beyond to the extreme and could easily be management Material of given a chance.
