We arrived super late at night and Dennis was there to greet us with a warm welcome. He got us a room on the first floor and it was the most clean and comfortable stay I’ve had. Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. Very nice spacious room, and comes with big work desk, couch, fridge, plates, microwave, and everything was in great shape including a spacious king bed! Breakfast was decent with a good variety. High recommend this location!
Hotel employees are the worst, my blanket looks like it was never changed. Do y’all clean your blankets after each guest? Doesn’t look like it. The manager seems like she’s lost 24/7. Everyone hides in the back. Will not be back will not be giving my money to Hilton anymore.
The manager, Lillian, has not been responsive to multiple calls/voicemails regarding our stay. We were assured by a supervisor days before our stay that we would be able to check out a day early and receive a refund. We confirmed this with the front desk at check in. This still has not been refunded and we have not received a call back.
