Very nice, no issues
My wife and I being critical seniors gave this hotel a 8.1 out of 10 rating. We had a king studio suite for 11 nights. The hotel is very clean, efficient room design, nice gym, good parking, safe location, nice breakfast, but most of all we’re the employees! So very friendly and helpful. We hope the company recognizes their efforts contribute to a memorable stay. Special thanks to manager Penny and house keeper Tay! Don’t bother looking at other area hotels. You will not be disappointed staying here.
Unclear service standards and disappointing breakfast: We reserved a suite for four people, but the sofa bed was not prepared upon arrival. We had to request the missing sheets and pillows and make the bed ourselves. At checkout, we were told that Home2 Suites is not a standard hotel and that sofa beds are only prepared if guests specifically request it.
