It was extremely busy because there was a convention in town, but despite it the people at the desk were friendly and accommodating and extremely professional. I know some people say that the rooms have an animal smell because they allow people to keep pets but our room was fine. Our room was clean and the service and hospitality were great.
I had to cancel my room for July 31 - August 2 due to weather. This hotel did not understand Hilton issued a global waiver for all hotel cancellations stating all cancellation fees are waived for guests impacted by travel. The front desk has a new lady and her colleage. They didn't know how to do the override and cancel the room. The wonderful manager is never there when I call to resolve this.
