The experience was awesome especially for me because I was on the 4th floor where I could see downtown buildings but not the people walking 🤣
Be better Home2 Suites... Okey of the worst Hone2 Suites ive been to. Towels are old, missing iron, coffee was terrible.
Overall, an amazing stay! My flight does not leave until 6:25pm, a late check out was requested a day prior, request was granted by Richard seamlessly. As I was checking out on the day of, Richard went above and beyond to extend my stay of his own volition for an extra 2 hours. Icing on the cake, kindness and helpfulness trickled down to the rest of the crew. They genuinely are working from the heart, and sensitive to each guest’s needs. KUDOS TO RICHARD, RAQUEL, AHMAD, PAUL and NICOLE. You guys rock! THANK YOU!
