I wanted to thank Natalie for making the effort to help me recover a lost item that was very sentimental to me - she was determined to find it and her willingness to do made all the difference when I had little hope it would be found. It would have been easier to say "sorry nothing here" - but she went beyond her duty to check everywhere until she was successful!The front desk was also amazing (glasses, reddish hair - sorry I think Chrissy?) Do NOT stay here. Terrible! No heat after 4 calls, coldest day here since 1979. Dishwasher leaking all over the floor when we arrived, all sorts of noise from hall and other rooms. I’m a completely loyal Hilton customer. Not this one, though…..
Very nice hotel for the money
Much older than the photos reveal. No way is this a 8.5 rating. Maybe location? Free breakfast was good. Hot and cold sections seemed to please everyone in our group.
