There is a sweet Caucasian woman that prepares breakfast that goes above and beyond. However, the rest these guys are rude and don't want to take accountability. The rooms, laundry facility, and bathrooms were filthy. The doors don't work and they lack urgency.

I enjoyed my stay while preparing back surgery at St Mary’s Hospital. Th manager was nice and will surely stay in the hotel again.
