It felt like home and the service was great!
Terry at the service desk was rude. It appeared as if he didn’t know how to do his job. He never checked me in to my room but definitely took my money. When I needed to get a new room key later that day, the receptionist said the check in process was never completed and tried to charge me for my room again!
This is a nice quiet clean place, the staff are great. The breakfast was good and enjoyable. The one issue we had was that we ask to have no feather pillows in the room and ha of the pillows were feather. My wife is allergic to feathers and that is why we asked. This was the only down side.
Room was comfy, but we had ants! To be fair, it’s a new hotel built on what was a corn field and we were on the first floor. We also brought our service dog with us. When we made our reservation we checked that we had a service dog, so there was not to be a pet fee. However, the front desk workers tacked on the pet fee without asking us or checking our reservation. It took three phone calls to finally get the charge removed. What a hassle! Great hotel! Indoor pool, washer and dryer for self use, gym. Truly - everything one might need is there! Staff is nice and welcoming. Everyone make an effort to make the guests feel at thome. Overall, great experience.
