Went to check in with my Aunt a few days ago, the blonde front desk lady named Sara was super welcoming and nice! It was great to know my Aunt (who is elderly) was staying with such a friendly and helpful staff member. On the other hand, while we were checking in we could hear the manager Stacy speaking very vulgar to what seemed like a guest. Well I'm going to start by saying that Sarah is the best hotel clerk I've ever encountered and I am thoroughly impressed with the way she was able to help me and our crew with our rooms after someone named Stacey told us that CLC was accepted and she was not knowledgeable (Stacey) because CLC is not Accepted. But Sarah definitely has FABULOUS skills in customer service and Hospitality. Am going to be back to stay again with my family while we are traveling to my sister's in a few weeks. Thanks again Sarah.

We liked the hotel. The pool was closed unfortunately while we stayed, the hotel next door let us use their pool. The rooms were clean and well kept. There was one problem though the bathroom and shower floor are nice but the were extremely slippery it was comparable to a Saw movie trap. Overall the hotel was great but watch out for the slippery floors.

Good location, close to the campus and several food places. Rooms are large with dishwasher, sink and a full size fridge. I really liked the layout of the room and there were lots of plugs and chargers. This is a very new and modern hotel. Here are the negatives…walls were thin so we could hear everything going on in the hallway and the surrounding rooms. The pool was out of order. Thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay here this weekend. Terry was very thorough and informative upon check-in, and housekeeping and staff were friendly. The property was colorful, spacious and welcoming. The pool and gym are smaller in size, but the gym has great equipment and we enjoyed our pool time! Having a hotel with these amenities in this area, being particularly a desert for it, is so refreshing! Our room was mostly clean, and we enjoyed the touches of the updated technology and appliances.
