Extremely Disappointing Experience – Hidden Fees & Poor Customer Service My partner and I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel, particularly with the manager named Saudi and a staff member with blonde hair. Upon check-in, we were told the total charges—including early check-in fees—would be $198. However, the final invoice I received showed a charge of $267. Clean, spacious rooms with great service. Central location, excellent gym during travelling, and comfortable amenities make for a perfect stay.
