by far the worst hotel i’ve been too. they have people at 11:19 drunk rotting in the lounge as soon as you get all in. it’s loud, they don’t do anything about it. and the customer service here is horrible the lady seemed so uninterested in doing her job i sat down there listening to these drunk people screaming for 15 minutes just waiting to ask for a blanket and there was only one person at the desk such an un enjoyable experience and the bathtub had black stuff all in it when we got the room and even though on their websit... read more
room is clean and nice breakfast included. Friendly staff, convenient area.
This hotel was very clean. Though as usual, the pet friendly rooms are on the ground floor. Unfortunate that we booked a king and got a double for two adults. We found it very loud hearing people go to breakfast that was open from 6-9am? We also found that the snow plow maintenance folks went by at god knows what hour at the back of the building, waking us.
