Andekuba is the best first impression at this hotel. Thank you for the smile and the high five. Clean and modern room. For those with thick hair, water pressure is perfect and can adjust. Solo business, felt safe. Will book again.
Beware Devon at the desk has an attitude. Asked me if I was in the right place before even taking my name or the paper my work gave me. Then proceeded to be rude when I was confused about the $50 incidental fee instead of explaining nicely made me feel stupid. I am but dont gotta make it apparent. Attitude was good when his manager was next to him during check out tho. Gym is mid. Good for upper body at least. Nice hotel room with two queen beds and sleeping sofa at a reasonable price.
I stayed for 4 nights. Upon checking in, I noticed that my door did not lock. I informed the front desk and they said they would get maintenance on it soon. I went back every single day I was there and told them again, and they acted like it was news to them. At the end of my stay, the door had still not been fixed. I feel like security should not be negotiable like this.
Love the layout of the room but it definitely could have been much cleaner. The furniture and items in the room are clean but cleaning staff needs to be more detailed in their efforts
