I stayed here recently with my family for a vacation to American Dream mall which was only an 15 minute drive and it was perfect ! The rooms were spacious and clean. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Majority of the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. I would say get there early hotel was super busy so ran out of options by 9am. Overall no major complaints
The manager of house keeping is extremely rude as well as the cleaners the girl at the front desk with red hair is beyond rude always on her phone and when you talk to her she has an attitude. As a Hilton member never got my welcome gift. I have stayed in other Hilton’s and this is by far the worst. I wouldn’t stay here again.
