I stayed here for 2 weeks. And after checking in with Crystal, I went out to check the room. The room had a musty smell and went back and told Crystal about it. She switched me to another room that was much better in smelling. Her customer service is amazing and every time I walk through the door with her behind the desk I was greeted by a smile and a happy voice saying hello. All you can ask for in a hotel....fast service at check in, clean rooms, and good mattress. It was quiet and comfortable. We will stay there again when we have to be back

Do not stay at this location! We booked an overnight stay on 8/30-31st. Before we arrived I received an alert from my bank that this hotel drafted my account, when I opted to PAY AT DESK! Okay, not a huge deal! However, I attempt to check in at 3:15 since their website states check in is at 3pm, but I’m told my room isn’t ready. This prompts me to ask why my account had been drafted when I opted to pay upon check-in and now I cannot check in because the room is not ready!
