Do not stay at this location! We booked an overnight stay on 8/30-31st. Before we arrived I received an alert from my bank that this hotel drafted my account, when I opted to PAY AT DESK! Okay, not a huge deal! However, I attempt to check in at 3:15 since their website states check in is at 3pm, but I’m told my room isn’t ready. This prompts me to ask why my account had been drafted when I opted to pay upon check-in and now I cannot check in because the room is not ready! My wife and I have had the most enjoyable, friendliest and overall best experience this weekend at this wonderful location! All the staff are exceptional, especially Ms Crystal at the front desk. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was delightful.Only problem I ran into was there was nobody wash for the shower, and TV remote would not work. But our over night stay was pleasant.
Made a reservation online and then got turned away at the counter because they, "don't rent rooms to locals." Why allow us to make the reservation online? Wild. P.S. we stayed here before about 2 years ago.
