First off I will recommend this place for so many reasons.. Pet friendly=mad respect. My family and I are going a tragic time,. The staff here have been extremely compassionate and have gone out of there way to make our stay here comfortable. Very respectful and kind. Clean rooms extremely hosputable... o cant say enough and thank the staff 1,000 times over .

The staff is awesome everybody is so friendly and the food is very good for a continental you can't beat it, the only thing I didn't like and it's not their fault it's my fault I have a squishy made for myself bed at home and then there's was not mine haha

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay. Part of the reason I went to this hotel was because of their so called heated pool. I figured I would have a comfortable stay and enjoy the pool. I was never greeted as a hilton honors member nor did I receive my gift upon arrival. My room was missing the ergonomic chair that was stated in my room description.
