I booked a room here using my Hilton Honors account, we were in town for my kids soccer tournament. Once I arrived at the hotel we were immediately dismissed by the clerk who told us that our room was canceled by the hotel due to them over booking. Mind you, I made my reservation several days in advance using my Hilton Honors account & I couldn't even get a phone call to say "hey we messed up". Terrible staff and management. I will never book or recommend ever to anyone! If I could give ZERO stars I would.
I haven't liked staying at a Hilton in a looooong time. The ones I've stayed at in Ocean City, Maryland were atrocious. THIS HILTON HOWEVER WAS AMAZING. Absolutely loved it
Staff is super friendly, rooms are very clean. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely will be back again!!
Excellent location, breakfast was very good, very clean. Their pool was closed and they allowed to use the one across the street but it was packed. Staff could be a little more friendly. Definitely going back.
Our family enjoyed our stay here, breakfast was plentiful and tasty first of all. Thank you for having prepared oatmeal that I could customize. Check in was simple and quick. The lobby was welcoming and delightful after a long drive. Upon walking to the room we noticed the hallway was not as wide as usual which resulted in a larger room. Nice!
