Clean, comfortable and the breakfast was above average. They, however need another waffle maker and toaster! I would highly recommend a stay here.
These hotel is amazing,serves breakfast,has a pit,has 2 grill and inside pool. The staff very nice. Also is like 20 minutes from the virgina beach broadwalk and all around you will find many places to eat and you may walke to Panda express. Super clean and only 2 years old.
We chose Home2 Suites based on its high ratings as we were told they offered "complimentary EV charging", which was imperative to our decision. Upon arrival, none of the EV charging stations were working. Meghan at the front desk told us maintenance would fix them and assured us the charging was free. After maintenance got one station working, I plugged in my vehicle and immediately noticed my credit card was being charged. I booked two rooms, 207 and 209, for a two-night. first day when I was leaving the hotel in the morning, asked the front desk to clean the rooms. When I back to hotel at at 4:45 PM, I saw that both rooms were completely untouched and hadn't been cleaned at all. I called customer service / the front desk twice; both times they picked up the phone and hung me up. When I spoke to the manager, she simply said, 'Well, we're not done yet.'
