Great place to relax
Hiltons are always nice and comfortable and professional
This was going to be my first of many stays here as I have family in the area. I had something unexpected come up and requested a refund or even a partial refund or credit. I was met with uncooperative rudeness. It's policy. Yeah, I see your policy and I also know as a business owner, it's TERRIBLE business to treat people the way you do. We have a large family that travels there often. We will NEVER stay there EVER.
My couch bed was horrible, I could feel the springs on the bed. Had to put a extra blanket of mine on it to make it feel more comfortable. The breakfast was not the bad.
