I made a reservation for a handicapped room with a roll-in shower a couple weeks ago. When talking to the staff I requested a room on the first floor. They stayed they had none available but was able to get me into room 200 on the second floor. When I arrived today, I was told my room was on the 4th floor. This was not acceptable as my wife will only stay in a 1st or 2nd floor room. I was told by the young lady at the desk I would not be held liable for not taking the room if we declined the 4th floor room. We did just that ... read more

Stayed her for the Sun Belt Equipment Expo in Moultrie. Fabulous staff, especially Laurie! She took great care of team and made sure we had a great and relaxing stay!
Laurie is the best!!!!!!!
Laurie was fantastic and she was very attentive to our needs. We could not ask for better service. She went above and beyond what I would expect from any hotel.
