The hotel location is easy to find. The experience was great with a minor concern most likely brought in by another guest. The front area and elevators reaked of weed. It was strong enough as I was walking through the lobby I felt a contact high, I understand this was not fault of the hotel as no smoking is shown everywhere in the building. Overall experience was an A+ to include the front desk, cleaning crew, and the others who made the hotel a nice, safe stay.
Rooms were clean, service was good. Woke up to terrible cigarette smell in room from people smoking in the outdoor seating on the ground floor right outside our room.
We usually love the Home2 Suites brand — the rooms are reliably spacious and very comfortable. However, this location is definitely in need of renovation. There was chipped paint, discolored bathroom fixtures, and overall it just didn’t feel as clean as expected. The location is great — close to several restaurants and very convenient for highway access. Unfortunately, parking was frustrating. Our stay at this hotel Home2 Suites is the absolute worst hotel experience that we have ever had. OMG. We have been here for 6 days and our room was only cleaned once. We made several requests, but to no avail. We reported the issue to the front desk staff several times that our room has not been cleaned and she said that we could get our room cleaned every other day. That never happened.
