If you are in town for anything that could change last minute, do not consider this property. I understand that there are cancellation policies, but things happen. A ball tournament was cancelled a day after the stated cancelation policy and they have been unwilling to work with this. A business with integrity would at least give a credit, no questions asked, but instead they would rather fleece you for a daily rate. We were coming in for a Softball tournament, and it was canceled after the cancelation date. I called the hotel and they said it was all taken care of. Come to find out they did not take care of it and charged me. After finding out about the charge I called back to the hotel and they will now not handle in house had to call Hilton. I then asked if I could just reinstate the reservation and they told me no.
Great location, close to restaurants & a Walmart.
