Service was very pleasant. Room was clean and very nice. Location was great. Plenty to eat within walking distance (nextdoor) and shopping was next building across the street. Only knock was the shower didn't drain very well. I was standing in a few inches of water by the end of a shower. Overall, it was a really nice place to stay and will come back.
Clean, easy to access and the people were very pleasant especially the service staff. I just wish the breakfast was a little more heartier otherwise excellent stay
We had a great stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Troy. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of five. The breakfast options were fantastic, which was a great way to start the day. However, there were a couple of small inconveniences. The hot water took over a minute to reach the faucet, which was a bit frustrating, and the shampoo in the shower was empty.
