I recently traveled to Brampton from Ottawa for a family function and stayed here, and it was a really great experience. The place was very nice and comfortable. Vatisha was amazing and made me feel right at home. Since she speaks French, it made everything so much easier for me. She also helped me get around the city and recommended great places to eat. I truly appreciate her kindness and hospitality. I would definitely recommend staying here
Great atmosphere 👌
Arrived a little early to see if they had a room. They said no. No rooms whatsoever were ready. Waited for hours and I could see people checking in with the same room style as ours that arrived hours later. Seems that the front desk assigns a room fist thing in the morning and cannot change it to an available room even though they may be available. In short not very knowledgeable about their system. Sucks, as we are just on hold as we see people check in all over us. Sad.
Home2 Suites by Hilton Brampton was a great choice for my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well designed, especially with the kitchenette and comfortable layout. The hotel has a modern, relaxed atmosphere and is very well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, and breakfast was convenient. Overall, a comfortable and reliable stay, and I would definitely recommend this location.
