Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. Breakfast was typical and not very flavorful. No real dairy free or gluten free options. Overall felt safe and clean!

Few issues. First night we got there, the shower was not clean. It was late and housekeeping had left for the night, as per front desk. I hand cleaned it myself to insure it was clean enough for my kids and spouse to use. Two days go by, no housekeeping service was given to our room. We checked in on the 27th of May, now it's the 29th. We got to our room at 1030pm and I had to make the conscious effort to clean my own room. All the important things were great. The room was clean, the water was hot, and the bed was comfortable. But it lacked the little things. I stayed at three Home2 Hilton properties this week, and I'm comparing this hotel against the other two. It's close to the airport, but you're in an industrial area. The wifi struggled with the simplest things. We needed an extra pillow, and housekeeping had 0 to spare. The clerk was very nice, but it fell short of our overall home2 Hilton experience expectation.
