It was a wonderful hotel with friendly and welcoming front-desk staff who were always ready to help. The room was well equipped with a large microwave, a full-sized refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The hotel also has a laundry room, fitness centre, and swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, and the quiet location made it a perfect choice for families. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly visit again.

1/5 — Extremely disappointing stay Very disappointing stay. We stayed for 6 nights and the cleanliness was far below what we expected from a Hilton property. Our room was not properly cleaned — we found chips crumbs on the table that left by the previous guest, hair on the hand soap dispenser, dried yellowish lotion stains on the body lotion bottle, dust in the shower room, and even a tiny centipede crawling in the shower. I stayed at your hotel for a couple of days in August. I was one of the many persons who was there for the track meet in Canada. I must say the property is clean and for the most part the ambiance is quite nice. I have spent over 20 years in the service industry and I was very disappointed with many of the staff. The manager at the front desk, listened to all the complaints about the toilet in my room not working, and this was after I changed rooms because the toilet was also not working properly in my first room.
