I had a wonderful stay! I stayed on the 3rd floor, and I’m so glad I did. A huge thank you to the housekeeper Fatisha she was fantastic. She always had a smile on her face, provided amazing hospitality, and made sure my room was cleaned all the time. I highly recommend staying on the 3rd floor if you visit. I would definitely come back
I stayed 4 nights at Home2 by Hilton Brampton and had a great experience. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, making the stay really comfortable. The breakfast is generous and offers a good variety. The hotel is well maintained, and you can tell there’s real attention to detail. A special thank you to Ashish, Melania and all the team for their warm welcome and professionalism, their kindness truly made a difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel
Worst experience at a hotel I’ve ever had. Specifically the customer service at the front desk. Unbelievably rude, disrespectful and dismissive. Couldn’t believe it. I’ve been to hiltons in several different countries and multiple in the states. I would not recommend this hotel because of front desk service or rather the lack thereof.
If you have to go to Brampton, this is a great sleep!
