We booked this room a month in advance, but when we got there our room (whish had a 3pm check in) wasn't ready until about 7pm. This was very disruptive to our plans. The receptionist did not help us at all, no discounts or anything, all he said is come back tomorrow around 2pm to talk to a manager. We came from Ottawa so could not just go back home. We also have 2 young kids with early bedtimes. I understand some delays but over 4 hours is ridiculous. And to have to pay full price, even worse. The reason he said he couldn't... read more
Amazing staff very friendly
Hilton brands have been top of the line quality at near flea market prices. Home2Suites is no exception with the most friendly staff, especially Melanie the manager who went above and beyond as well as Lila, Normi and Michelle for food and beverage. The housekeeper (I didn't get her name but her parents are Jamaican and works in the third floor) was the sweetest and nicest person who made sure our room was immaculate and well stocked.
Terrible check in experience And worst customer service at front desk that you can expect from Hilton being a Hilton employee. I had 2 reservations, 1 for 1 room for June 6th and one for 2 rooms for June 7th and both reservations were confirmed on Hilton app Upon arrival, I was informed that front desk can not find my reservation, the guy at front desk Ash was of no help at all, he made me keep going from one place to another and for 2 hours I was stranded there without any solution.
